Good software doesn't have to be complex or expensive.

We help businesses replace complex systems with simple custom software.

Four principles we won't sacrifice for growth.

01

Simplicity

The world adds. We take away.

Everything around us keeps getting more complex. More options, more steps, more things demanding attention, until people can't keep up and switch off. We believe in the opposite. We focus on the essence and cut everything else before it exists. Minimalism and simplicity are our priorities.

In practice this means fewer screens, fewer settings, and fewer decisions left to you. We weigh every feature, and when it doesn't earn its place, it doesn't get in. People enjoy using simple things. For a long time.

02

Security

Protecting your data comes first.

We design every project with data protection from the first line of code. Encryption, access rights, and backups are not add-ons but a matter of course.

Backups are created automatically every day, encrypted, and stored away from the system itself. We regularly run live restores from them, because an untested backup is just a file you hope works. Libraries and systems are updated continuously, since the vast majority of successful attacks exploit known flaws that have had a fix available for months.

03

Longevity

Technology proven over years, continuously improved.

We build on technology proven over years and keep improving it. Your software stays current and serves for years, not months.

We update continuously and in small steps, not in one big leap every five years. A small change can be tested, understood, and rolled back if there's a problem. A big leap can only be survived. Systems nobody has updated for years eventually become ones even their own authors are afraid to touch.

04

Reliability

Software you can rely on.

Delivery is where our work starts, not where it ends. We look after every system we have launched, so you can rely on it every day.

We monitor, update, and answer when you need us. Most problems get fixed before you notice them. Software that runs quietly is our best reference.

Services and products.

A web application built around your process, not a customized template. We handle the front end, the data model, and the server logic, and ship it in phases.

Overview

Taskwich stands on one idea: a team keeps its work in a workspace, splits it into projects, and tracks tasks inside them. Tasks don't nest, so the list never turns into a maze of subtasks. Milestones group the tasks that have to land in the same window.

Around each task sits what a team actually needs: a rich description, a comment thread, files, labels, a status, a priority, a due date, and a full record of every change. A built-in wiki links documents straight to the work they describe. Everything updates live, and nearly every action has a keyboard shortcut.

How it works

01

Name your workspace

Set it up and pick the status workflow that matches how the team already works.

02

Add projects and tasks

Create them from a dialog, the command palette, or by pasting notes into Mind Dump.

03

Work it your way

Filter, group, and sort the list. Save the views your team works with regularly.

At a glance

One screena clean workspace, no visual smog from unnecessary settings
Keyboard-drivena command palette reaches anything from anywhere
Everything livechanges appear for everyone, without unnecessary refreshes

Under the hood

Every request is scoped to your workspace and checked against your role, so one team's work never surfaces in another's. Accounts sign in with a passkey or a password with two-factor. And because all of Taskwich is reachable through its public API, you can connect it to the tools you already use, or automate the parts you keep repeating.
