These terms govern the use of the vyxos.eu website operated by Vyxos s.r.o. The provision of software products and services is always governed by a separate agreement or confirmed order negotiated with each client; these terms do not cover it.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Send complaints and suggestions to business@vyxos.eu; we reply without undue delay. If you are a consumer and are not satisfied with how a complaint was handled, you may turn to the Slovak Trade Inspection (SOI Inspectorate for the Žilina Region, soi.sk) as the alternative dispute resolution body.

Governing law

These terms and the relationships arising from them are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.

Final provisions

The operator reserves the right to change these terms. The current version is always available on this page and takes effect on the day of publication. These terms exist in Slovak, English, and Czech versions; in case of any discrepancy the Slovak version prevails.
