Privacy policy
Vyxos s.r.o. respects your privacy and processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection. This document explains what data we process, why, and what rights you have.

What data we process
- Identification and contact data: the name and email address you enter in the contact form.
- Communication content: the text of the message you send us.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic browser details, processed by our infrastructure when you submit the form for security, bot protection, and rate limiting.

Retention
We keep contact-form inquiries, including related email correspondence, for 12 months after they are resolved, then delete them. If an inquiry leads to a contract, related records are kept for the period required by law (typically 10 years).
Data security
Data from the form is transmitted over TLS encryption. Received messages are kept in an access-restricted mailbox. Form submission is protected by an automated bot check and a request-rate limit.
Recipients and processors
The following service providers process your data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosting and operation of the site and the Turnstile service protecting the form against bots. Transfers to the USA are safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses under Chapter V of the GDPR. A copy of the standard contractual clauses is available on request at business@vyxos.eu.
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): delivery of your contact-form message to our mailbox. Processing takes place in the EU.
Providing data and automated decisions
Providing data in the contact form is voluntary; without a name and email address we cannot reply to you. Form submission is protected by an automated bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) and a request-rate limit, either of which may block a submission. We carry out no automated decision-making or profiling with legal effects for you.
Your rights
In relation to the processing of your personal data you have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy,
- have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed,
- erasure (the right to be forgotten),
- restriction of processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
